Drop-Tite Epoxy System
("Fast cure" formula for projects requiring "fast bolt-up")

A "fast cure" formula specially developed for projects requiring "fast bolt-up" and extended working time in a variety of applications. The complete system comes with a 22-oz. two-part epoxy cartridge and two 3/8 mixing nozzles. Must be used with daul cartridge caulking gun, p/n 8250 (see page 30.68 for details).

E-Z Poxy Aluminum
(Strong, fast setting, fast curing, multi-purpose epoxy putty stick)

A hand-kneadable, non-rusting, aluminum reinforced epoxy putty that mixes in just one minute to provide fast repairs to all types of aluminum. It comes in a handy four-ounce "tootsie roll" form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material. The putty-like consistency eliminates drips and runs, providing"no mess" applications with no tools required for use. Simply cut off amount needed, knead and apply.

E-Z Poxy Aqua Repair
(Repairs wet areas and underwater surfaces)

A hand-kneadable, specialty epoxy putty that mixes in just one minute for repairs to damp, wet areas and underwater surfaces. It contains a fading dye and becomes "fiberglass white" after mixing. It may be applied underwater, in either fresh or salt water and will bond tenaciously to substances such as fiberglass, metal, wood, concrete, ceramic, glass, etc.

E-Z Poxy Concrete
(Repairs and rebuilds anything made of concrete)

A hand mixable, fast curing epoxy putty stick that mixes in one minute to provide permanent repairs to concrete. Simply knead putty and apply to damaged area. Can be drilled, filed, tapped, sanded, machined, sawed or painted after one hour.

E-Z Poxy Copper
(Hardens like metal to form a copper repair)

A hand-kneadable, copper reinforced epoxy putty that hardens to an extremely tough and durable substance with exceptional adhesion. It can be drilled, tapped, filed, machined, etc. High pressure hot water pipes, tanks and radiators can be restored to service after just 60 minutes!

E-Z Poxy Plastic
(Restore, rebuild and repair ABS, CPVC and PVC plastic)

A patented, hand mixable epoxy putty that forms a durable bond to all major plastic types except polyolefins polyethylene / polypropylene). When mixed together, the materials combine to form a polymer compound that can be molded into shapes, wrapped around or used to build up and repair just about anything made from rigid or semi-flexible plastics. After 2-3 hours, it can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded or painted. Contains a fading blue dye and becomes white after mixing.

Fast-Fix Epoxy Patch Kit

This special two-part epoxy fiberglass kit permanently repairs cracks and holes in pipe and hose. Pre-measured fiberglass patch is ideal for repairing cylindrical surfaces (hose, pipe, etc.) and for flat surfaces such as watertanks. Liquid Electrical Tape

Stud Lock and Bearing Mount
(High temperature resistant adhesive for locking studs and bearings)

A very high-strength adhesive for locking and sealing all fasteners up to 1" diameter and bearings. Ideal where high viscosity, shear strength and rapid cure speed are necessary. It is also ideal for tamper proofing where a difficult removal is desired. Stud Lock and Bearing Mount is suitable for temperatures up to 300oF, prevents rusting of threads and is removable
with heat and hand tools.

Super Adhesive Sealant UV
(Multi-purpose, ultra-violet light resistant high strength adhesive )

This multi-purpose, clear adhesive is formulated for use in applications that may be exposed to ultra-violet light. Adheres to wood, metal, rubber, glass and most plastics. It is not for use on StyrofoamTM. Its flexible bond resists cold temperatures, yellowing, cracking and embrittlement. Can be submerged in fresh and salt water after complete cure. Great for bonding objects subject to wear and to vibration. Safe for applications exposed to dilute acids and dilute caustics. Recommended for all industrial applications where UV resistance is required.

Threadlocker
(Strong, temporary lock for threaded fasteners)

This medium-strength, general purpose thread locking compound is ideal for all nut and bolt applications and eliminates self-loosening. It is suitable for temperatures up to 300oF, prevents threads from rusting and is removable with hand tools.

Thread Sealant Hydraulic/Pneumatic
Hardens like metal to form a copper repair)

Specially formulated for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Designed to seal and lock hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, servomechanisms and fine-filtration systems. It contains no fillers and will not foul valves or fluid filtering systems. It is suitable for temperatures up to 300oF and rated for sealing pressures to 10,000 psi.
